Shrimp and Lobster Pasta;
- Ingredients;
8 ounces of your preferred pasta, such, as linguine or spaghetti
1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
Optional; 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes for some extra kick
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Instructions;
1. Cook the pasta until it reaches an al dente texture according to the instructions on the package. Drain it well. Set aside saving about half a cup of the pasta water.
2. Heat up the olive oil in a skillet over heat. Add in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if desired) then sauté them for a minute until they release their aroma.
3. Place the shrimp into the skillet season them with salt and pepper then cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
4. Combine the pasta with the shrimp, in the skillet. Add in chopped parsley lemon juice then toss everything together gently while incorporating some reserved pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.

2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions;
1. Preheat your grill to heat.
2. Using kitchen shears cut along the top of each lobster tail shell to expose the meat.
3. In a saucepan melt the butter over heat. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 2 minutes until it becomes fragrant. Remove it from heat.
4. Brush the lobster tails with the mixture of butter. Season them with salt and pepper.
5. Place the lobster tails on the grill keeping them side down. Grill them for 5 6 minutes then flip them over and continue grilling for a 4 5 minutes until the meat becomes opaque and thoroughly cooked.
6. Serve the grilled lobster tails while they’re still hot garnished with some chopped parsley along with garlic butter, on the side as a dip.
