4. Pour this sugar syrup into the pot.

Achieving a Dreamy Texture;

1. Cook over heat while stirring until the mixture reaches 232°F or forms a ball consistency.
2. Remove from heat stir in vanilla extract and let it cool for 15 minutes.
3. Transfer to a blender. Beat until you achieve a frosting texture (about 15 20 minutes).
